Special thanks for those designer who create those template for craft lover, after i try myself to design my own template (gosh! it really kills me, it is so hard, from every single dimension, have to try a lot of mock up only can finish a simple yet easy paper craft) Cant imagine those complicate yet detail template.

鱼香茄子

跟你们分享我个人最喜欢的食谱网站，每当我烦恼要准备什么食物我都会到《心食谱》参考

鱼香茄子是我本人最爱做的一个食品，因为很简单准备，当吃的人都会觉得我很厉害，其实很容易准备的一道食物

材料
中等圆茄子(sicillion eggplant)两个（500克左右），葱一根，姜末，蒜末适量，郫县红油豆瓣酱1大匙。
猪绞肉适量 

配料： 
鱼香汁：酱油2大匙、老抽1茶匙、香醋1/2大匙、糖1茶匙。 
一碗高汤或水。 水淀粉：3茶匙淀粉+3大匙水。

做法

1。将茄子切成滚刀块或条状，放入清水中浸泡5分钟，捞出沥干。 

2。锅中放入多多的油（差不多要没过茄子　也可以分批炸），待油热至八、九成时放入茄子，炸至茄子由硬变软时取出，将油沥干待用。 

3。锅中留底油烧热后　先放入姜蒜末炒香，再放入郫县豆瓣酱，炒至色泽红亮。放入猪绞肉炒散，至熟（肉可省）。 

4。倒入鱼香汁、高汤，煮沸后再放入茄子，煮至水份快收干，倒入水淀粉勾芡。最后洒上香葱粒、淋点香油即可。

小诀窍:

1。做好鱼香口味的菜关键是糖和醋还有郫县豆瓣酱量的把握，豆瓣酱不用放太多。

3。茄子和大蒜是很好的搭配，另外糖和醋也很提味。

2。北方烧茄子的做法类似，不同之处在于调料里不加豆瓣酱，酱油和糖的量可多点。有时可用甜面酱代替豆瓣酱， 别有风味。

Tissue Paper Pom-Poms

All you need is

Tissue paper in desired colors (8 sheets per pom-pom)

24-gauge white cloth-covered floral wire

Scissors

Monofilament

Step 1
Stack eight 20-by-30-inch sheets of tissue. Make 1 1/2-inch-wide accordion folds, creasing with each fold.

Step 2

Fold an 18-inch piece of floral wire in half, and slip over center of folded tissue; twist. With scissors, trim ends of tissue into rounded or pointy shapes.
Step 3

Separate layers, pulling away from center one at a time.
Step 4

Bend wire into a loop to fit around napkin, and twist end around loop to secure.
